Bring the whole family and come join us on our 39+Holding Annual Christmas Party $20 to celebrate Christmas in Glendale, AZ!
Event Details
The annual Christmas party will be held at Happy Trails Resort at the address listed above. This is located just west of the 3O3 on Bell Rd.
When you pull into the guard shack ask for directions. Please CARPOOL if you can, even if you meet at Winco, or nearby and carpool from there.
We’ve hired the band, Breaking News for this event. We’ve hired them in the past, but now they have an EXCITING new lineup , with a saxophone player , and they are minus their female lead singer.
Any adult guests (21 or over) are Welcome, up to 3 guests. Same guidelines apply .
The tickets need to be purchased before the event and are $20. You Don’t want to miss out on this party. Monies can be given to Andy or I at any Meetup beforehand or Zelle/ PayPal/ , or personal check. Text for my home address for checks. Monies must be received before the party and we’ve extended that to Dec. 8.
The fare for this party is Baked Hams, which i will supply, and a potluck you guys will bring. You can post in comments your addition to the potluck, so hopefully we don’t end up with a lot of the same things. Christmas cookies would be a nice touch if
there are any bakers in our midst.
Bring your own beverages, alcoholic or otherwise. We will have water, ice and cups. Plates , napkins , and silverware will be provided as well.
Refunds given up to Dec. 3 only as the Lodge , the Band, and supply monies are due up front.
EVERYONE PLEASE STAY AND HELP CLEAN UP AFTER IT'S OVER. THIS SAVES US CLEAN-UP FEE, or by vote, going forward, the price will be raised. This is for everyone, - EVERYONE should do their share. The more who stay, the quicker it goes! It never amounts to more than 20 minutes. It’s not FAIR- the same dozen people doing all the cleanup. You can come early (4pm) to help set up instead if that’s a better option, but EVERYONE should help out.
