Established in 1996, Adultcare Assistance is widely recognized as a leading local provider of quality in-home care to seniors and other adults who seek to regain independence in their lives. Our focus is providing superior quality of care. We achieve this by an intense selection process that includes multiple background checks, drug screenings and a substantial investment in mandatory caregiver training. Our caregivers have regular supervisory visits and monthly paid training to ensure that the higher standards of Adultcare Assistance are followed. We truly have a caring team environment with over half of our caregivers being employees for over five years. Unlike some agencies, we do not trust the cheaper practice of placing independent contractors. Each member of our caring team is an employee of Adultcare Assistance. With employees, we can hold our team accountable for maintaining Adultcare Assistance high standards. Additionally, we assume all employer related costs and do not allow these costs to become our clients’ responsibility.
