Versatile. Some classes and some personal training makes the best type of exercise routine for losing weight.
Pros:
Bright and cheery decor, never crowded, friendly-helpful staff and the best trainers on the west side of town.
Cons:
Delicious pizza being served just two doors down at the Citadelle Plaza means longer workouts for me!
